This is the upgraded pump that comes with the Eden Tower. This is a new model that has tested quieter and is the pump we plan to continue using in the future. If you have noise issues with a previous pump after a while this pump is the best replacement.Â

New pump is great but it was replacing a pump that fried. The new pump took over a week to arrive and in that time all the plants died despite trying to keep them in nutrient water. Definitely need to keep a backup pump on hand so not reliant on shipping times.
Gets the water to where it has to go but very noisy right now. I'd be willing to pay for quiet.
My pump started off very quiet and I was excited because I had read the system can be on the noisy side. But now the pump is running very noisy unfortunately.
Mine was very loud and stopped working very early on and everything died on the tower.
Would recommend putting up a video of how to clean and adjust settings.

Effective but noisy
I received the new planting cups which are only 1 solid piece as opposed to the old ones that are 2 pieces. I like the 2 pieces better for plants that are established. If you are planting seeds the one piece works great. Pros and cons for both
I love my Eden Tower. The support behind the product is second to none. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the pump is a bit loud but not sure anything can be done about that. Also, I just pretend that it is the sound of a garden growing. Anxious to try different plants in it as well.

I ordered the backup bundle, for a couple of reasons. Good to have a backup light (one of my lights did burn out) and also good to have a spare pump, and other important pieces. I thought it was a good value for sure. Love this company and what they stand for. Just had a huge salad last night from my Eden Tower.
Plants are growing okay but we have to keep the pump on full speed or it makes a horrible buzzing noise.
