100 strips
pH 4.5-ph9.0 range
These strips are great to test the water in our Eden Tower. When I ran out and couldn’t find strips like these in gardening centers close by, I bought a testing kit where I put some water from the tower in a vial and then added a few drops of the testing liquid. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as precise as the strips (the results could have been anywhere from 5.0 to 6.5, based on the color). These strips are far more accurate and provide a much better reading. As long as I have hydroponics, I won’t be without these strips!
Pleased with product
I was a bit disappointed in this book as I found the information a regurgitation of the manuals that came with the garden tower! I would have liked to have tips on what others have experienced and solved. Ex. Lettuce is best grown in the late fall/winter months. I grew in the summer and all mine bolted. There’s a number of practical tips listen in Hopes hero’s that would have been useful to include based on in the moment issues and solutions.
Product is good and as presented. Would be nice in the future if there was a bundle for the nutrients geared towards those that just want growth (ie: I need a lot more of the green solution vs the purple or pink)
Who needs lamps. I'll use Hope Innovation grow towers instead.
Unfortunately my Hydroponics system is not set up yet. But I have been trying to read sometimes posts from members regarding set-up, cleaning and using the system. When Hope Innovations offered this book, I ordered it right away, in the hope to finally set up my system and start using it. The only issue right now is finding the right spot for it.
The book is in a nice big size and very easy to read and follow, no reading glasses needed. It covers many topics and I am sure these have been questions asked by members. Living in a country with 6 months snow and frost, Hydroponics has been an option considering but like with any new toy, you need to know where to start and what to keep in mind. The book has it all sorted out for you and gives tips on issues and veggies. This is a good manual to read before setting up and starting your indoors growing to make you feel more comfortable. And I am happy I have ordered it. Not everyone has time to browse online for information or in members portals for answers. This book covered most of all my questions and I am glad I have promoted this Canadian based company in their effort to work on their dream to grow indoors while living in a dry and cold climate and still able to grow your own veggies at home. I am very proud of Tessa and Ryan Agrey.
